68 vs. 69-70 door glass

I got a 68 door glass for my 69 today from a junk yard.  I notice that there is not the rear lower hole on the 68 glass for what I belive is the 69's upstop.   

Will there be a problem using the 68 glass?

If so , you are missing the rear up stop that 69's have. Sometimes it will work OK , but they did put it there for a reason.

Unless of course you ended up with a very late 68 that had the hole or it came from a 68 with a 69 door or?? many possibilities

I had a few pictures of mine I posted a year or so ago asking why there was a hole in my door glass I can't seem to find the thread though.....I'll try to dig up the pictures.
