is very tipical down here in Venezuela, that all Mopars gets the wheels just like this ( specially non iso K frames ):

That is a reason why Mopars are usually hated down here. Have you got that problem ? is true that Cars here are being abused by the poor manteniance, cheap parts and bad streets conditions, but still...

if you got or have known about that problem ?

If you did... where it was specifically the deal ? twisted frame rail or UCA location? elongated LCA bolt location at K frame ? both ?

Usually what ppl ends making is cutting and elongating the UCA to get the aligment back

thanks

Offset UCA's help fix that. My Charger had it when I got it and most was from LCA bushing being very worn and ride height low. All wear on all parts of front end will start to stack up to do that. Everything pushes up and in so any/all wear reduces adjust-ability.

well I know about UCA offset bushings existence, but thats a "problem solver" but not the real problem solution.

Just searching all the points, what are the BIGGER tipical problem, and I though on those two, twisted frame rail, and elongation on K member LCA location.

on Bull's K member thread it looks that last point was corrected getting reinforced and it looks new busshing at K member.

The UCA mounting to the body assembly above the sub-fame I've been told "sags or shifts inward" over the years. Mine with all parts "serviced" as in replaced or checked as still good just made it into alignment (the offset bushings would have given me room to tweek my caster) My camber is just "on" at full adjustment so next rebuild if I use offset's and install adjustable strut rods I'll be able to set my alignment to perfect modern settings to go with the planed bigger 11 3/4 disk brakes and larger rims and tires. I've got a Mopar Chassis book here if I can help you.  :2thumbs:

I can't say I really notice it as a mopar problem and I've drug home a lot of beat up old mopars.

Since Moog offers a "problem solver" I suppose it is an issue of something somewhere tweaking in enough to make it a problem. My guess would be frame rail twist. Combine that with deteriorating rubber in the upper and lower arms and you have a camber problem. I have seen some lower arm pivots that have cracked, which could contribute. I haven't seen any that are ovaled out.

If you check out the XV video of chassis movement in a stock uni-body, I don't think it is a big stretch to say that 40 years of flexing is going to bend something somewhere. The front third of the car is where a lot of this movement is at. I'd say the problem originates from inadequate design to support sustained suspension loads.

yes, thast what I think, being I have not seen yet an "Iso" car with that problem, and loads on K frame are pretty much similar. The diff could it be UCA is not getting the load against the Frame Rail on these... the "tower" where UCA are bolted on these looks REALLY STRONG.
