A friend of mine at work says he has some sort of an factory option for some kind of winter sled attachmet for a 69 charger that some how works for the snow what the hell is he talking about? anybody ever heard of such an option  thanks  tom

 just had a thought  !! could be talking about the daytona !!  nose cone snow plough  :shruggy:   your friend could be a  blue belly button fan & still be mad  at  what happened  in the 70 grand national season  :shruggy:

I think what he' s talking about, is the option for Canadian Export cars. It allows us to drive them up here. That way the dog sled team doesn't get so tired... :smilielol:

If he's talking about the rear frost shield, it was an accessory offered by any auto parts store back them.  Here is a pic of my brothers Charger taken in 1970 with the frost shield on the back window.  By the way, my brother gave me the car and I'm currently restoring it (excluding the frost shield).  Picture taken in The Pas, Manitoba.
