Florida humidity would kill me, I miss the Ohio variety!  :P

Hell we only get rain from December to March here in the mountains, and I live well below the snow zone, so yeah I guess I am soft.:boxing_smiley:

2 things:

1.  All of the talk about these upscale communities going up near the place....what do you think "upscale" people will think about the noise?  Here on LI, the last remaining track in westhampton shut down partly because of the local "upscale" residents who moved in 30 years after the track opened.  Their complaints and political influence curtailed the racing for the last years of the track.....plus the land became so valuable with all of the upscale communities popping up that the owners sold and it's now senior living

2.  Ok, lets say they don't complain about the noise....that land is worth a lot to some developer who wants to build yet another "upscale" community... so why wouldn't the current owner just find someone to sell to?

I see that place getting shut down within 5 years
