BB 727 Auto Trans Linkage

Has anyone used the Bouchillon Performance Trans. Kickdown Cable Kit?  I am having issues with setting the kickdown.  When properly adjusted, the carb. has approx. 3/4 full throttle.  When adjusted for full trottle, the trans shits to 3rd. gear before 5 mph which of course will wipe out the trans.  I have had to find a happy medium to get the trans pressure correct, but do not have full trottle.

I am running a 451 Stroker, Edelbrock RPM and a Holly 770 street Avenger with a Mancini Hi-Rise cable and linkage bracket (the original bracket didn't work either).  I have also tried changing the lever at the trans with a different style.  All this does is make you re-adjust all previous settings.
