How parts end up on our cars

I found this website some time ago and I could spend hours looking at some of the reference stuff on here.
Many of the pictures are very interesting as we are always talking about how the "incorrect" parts end up on cars.

From what I read, Hamtramick was unable to keep up with demand on the 68 Charger so St Louis started to produce these as well.  This picture, if I am reading this correctly is the first 68 Charger off the St Louis assembly line on March 4, 1968.
Take note of the date and look at the wheel covers on the Charger.

oh come on, that has to be photo shopped with those wheel covers on it, surely they wouldn't make a mistake like that............................ :D
