OK..so I beenwanting to do an altered wheelbase car for a while, and have been looking for something applicable....so I bought this clapped out 65 cuda for 2 grand:

thing ran ok etc, so I figured, not what i really wanted but I will do it up....then I find out about a guy whose got a 65 Coronet for sale..wants like 8 grand...now thats the car I always REALLY wanted to alter a la Ramchargers style, but....8 grand...so anyways I get to talking to the guy and end up swapping him the cuda and a bunch of..get this..Star Wars toys I had in storage for this complete, surface rust only 440 65 Coronet:

now..it has some decent interior features, and since I am going to gut and rollcage the car etc, if anyone needs 'blue green' stuff for their Coronet, send me a message, I will trade for stuff or whatever..the console is in great shape..

I will be radically beefing up the 440 in it and adding my 440 crossram etc...engine is complete, but a smoker...

so..if all goes well in 18 months or so I will be racing this thing up at Infineon.

I am now looking for all and any 65 A/FX or990 'stuff'...parts..info...whatever..I can find

today was a pretty cool day.
