Now thats what Im talkin bout. Except for the dreads. Ive always thought dreads looks off on a chick. Personally I prefer long hair, but not blonde. Never been a blonde hair kinda guy. Now red thats a different story

 I always loved long hair on women... UNTILL my wife got hers cut short. Its a kinda' milfy, kinky, fluffed up kinda' short that I never thought I'd like till she came home with it done, then, well just wow, I loved it. No more eightys fluffed up long hair for me!!

I have my hair longer than I like cause Mark likes it long. Takes a few minutes more but since it has natural wave it's not that bad. Our problem with long hair, we girls, is that once it gets to a certain length we take the easy route and put it in a ponytail. Well that either looks cute or stupid...no in between. I had a client who always had her hair long and was tired of spending time in a salon while she and the hubby were traveling. We cut her hair in to a "pixie", very short and very cute...she's a tiny woman. HE DIDN'T SPEAK TO EITHER OF US FOR 2 MONTHS! They went back on the road and I got flowers sent to me. The card said "You gave me my girlfriend back..." With the long hair they wouldn't go to the beach if they were going out to dinner. (She wore it VERY fancy). Now they go to beach, shower, go out to dinner...he said it was just like the old days when she would throw it back in to a ponytail. He even learned how to cut it since half the salons messed it up and made her look like she had a buzz...ugh!

Long and brunette only need apply and also must be very good looking. Shallow is fine, high maintenance, I can handle that too but you better be smokin'     

My friend/coworker that I work right next to every day has hair down to her butt and it is straight and brown. We have a very brother sister like relationship and verbally abuse the crap out of each other every second of the day.  I told her if she ever cut her hair I'd kick her teeth in, she agreed with me.  If she has it in a pony tail for whatever reason, she usually will put it down when she comes back in the office because she knows I can't stand it any other way.  For the record, she is married, with 2 children and we have no interest in one another except to verbally slash each other to pieces. Her younger brother took his own life about 5 years ago and she says i remind her of him.

I got rid of my last girlfriend for numerous reasons years ago. The final straw was when she cut her hair. Ba-bye. True story.

Women are meant to have long hair period. Short hair makes them look older among other things..... just like Paul's original post states.

The hair debate has a long history and dates back 100's of years as to why women cut their hair.  I have my opinion but would like to remain a member for a while.
