Help!! My 69 Charger has no hot wire going back to the taillights. (this is the drak green wire) I've traced it to the dashboard and still no power. I cant find it in the bulk head on the firewall. Once the wires gets to the kick panel from the rear end, that wire changes colors in the connection. I would love to know how to fix this problem or if I can run a new wire back from the dashboard, but I don't know what to connect to. If anybody has an answer I would love to hear it. Thanks for any advise at all.

Check all+ connections -grounds and bulbs. If nothing helps sounds like it might be in the turn signal switch.

Sounds like turn signal switch to me....I'd like to add my two cents on something that happened to me.    There is a piece of trim that goes from the kick panel and covers the bottom of the rear panel toward the bottom of the back seat.  About 8 inches long and about 1 inch wide.....I accidentally cut my wire harness going to the back because of that trim piece mounting screw.....Took me a while to find that one!!!   Screwed right through it!!!   I'll never do THAT again....haha

If you want to isolate the turn signal switch and test. .Unplug the switch from the main harness. At wiring harness insert power into the color that feeds your dead left side .If it lights by this your bypassing the turn signal switch. As it didnt work with switch connected.Your switch wasnt feeding power.I use this similar test on the rear lighting harness connection. To check bulbs grounds pinched wires etc
