T bars lever... diff location on each side ?

I was replacing the LCA Bushing with Poly from Energy Suspensions and dunno why I noticed now ( but not earlier ) the Torsion lever was fitting in diff position from left to right. I made to fit the T bar with everything assemblied at right side, but On left side was following same procedure, assembling everything and DID NEED TO REMOVE ball joint again to drop the LCA to fit the T bar on hex at LCA lever

why ?

At the end both bolts were set at same lenght, what makes MORE WEIRD this.
