Just ran across my old car on E-bay again. Looks like the economy has claimed another owner.

I know what went into building that car along with what the new owner (Mike) added to the build. So very sad... I wish I had the means to bring it home again.

I don't blame you, it would be tough to see your car now & then on the block. At least it's still sporting all the hard work you put into it, not sanded down & turned back into a stocker.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Just go to the bank and get some money(the fed can print it fast enough out of thin air), all you need is $27,000..   :icon_smile_big:

Yea, It kills me every time I see it pop up on the web. I have had other nice rides before but once I sold those I never saw them again. This one was special to me because I didn't build it just for myself. I wanted to give it to my Daughter years from now so she could have something very special. Not just a classic muscle car... A car built ground up by her dad.

I'm gonna shut up now...

Sad to see I am sure.  But if you have those skills then you could do this again..... Dont be down... keep your head up... However, I know I would hate to see "christine" now named "ole RED" go up for auction myself.  Thanks to STEVE S. for haning on to her!!!

definitely looks like a lot of work went into that car.  sucks to see it up for sale especially if times are favorable to buy it back

Especially since you know the amount of work you put in the body to get it straight as you said you did.
