After dreaming of owning a Hemicar I finally could pick up the first set of parts for the Elephant. Bought a new block, new assembled heads,
crankshaft and complete valvetrain from a guy who didn't want to proceed with his project. The container from NY arrived today.
Don't ask me how the h**l I'm going to put this together because I don't know anything about Hemis. :eek2: It's just that since I was
17 it has always been on my mind and you only live ones. :2thumbs: I was initially planning to buy a complete one from FHO but my
financials didn't allow that.

Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Since the Hemi is planned for my Challenger convertible R/T clone the build will be based upon torque, a lot of vacuum, nice idle
and with a shakerhood I guess I can forget dualcarbs because it has to be maintenance free.
I was also thinking complete stock apperance except brakes and suspension upgrades.

Well, before I gave up the alcohol 36 months ago she never saw me because I was always sitting in the Pub,
so now she is happy that I'm always home :icon_smile_big: That's why she allows me to spend some money on my cars.
