Looks like the 2009 Z06 starts at about $75,000 and a ZR1 is about $105,000.

It's a drug seizure - didn't really cost the police department much (lights and sirens?). Our local police departments generally use them for D.A.R.E. vehicles but I wouldn't be surprised to see some as patrol cars.
