bulged hood was part of the rallye package, and the basic rallye package was with 318, with optionally to choose 340 ( 360 in 74 ), 400 and 440 engine instead the 318

No quite... only cars with the Rallye package (A57) got the power bulge hood.  As Nacho said, the 318 was the standard engine with A57.  You could upgrade to the 340, 400 or 440 in 72 and 73.  In 74, the 340 was dropped for the 360.

If your car was a Lynch Rd. car (7th digit of VIN is A) the look on the fender tag to see if V21 (performance hood treatment) is on there.  If the 7th digit is a G the A57 would be on the fender tag.  Of course, A57 would appear on the broadcast sheet in either case.
