So how did you do?  They were notorious for being poor performers in street stock trim.

TUFCAT

AWESOME!!!  (....and nice color combos)!!  :2thumbs:

Did he beat you?  Those cars can be wicked fast.

How many car lengths did you loose by?

Cool picture. Shame you wern't packing a 528 HEMI to go with your 383 markings. Blow the guys doors off and tell him you slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

FLG

Sweet RR!!

Nice picture too.

I might be wrong but judging by the tree...looks like the runner had him beat from the start.

im not sure how many car lengths differance there was, i dont have a mirror on my passenger door  :smilielol:

i felt very fortunate to get to race agaisnt this car.  ive probably only seen 3 real boss 9 mustangs in my life, the other 2 were trailer queens so getting a chance to go down the strip with one in the other lane, with a color that is simular to my car was a real treat for me .

ghost the must was running right around 12.9-13.0 in 4500 foot air....it was close to 100 degrees outside.

Cool pic & congrats!
BOSS 9's, being a HEMI (ok, semi-HEMI) don't breathe too well on the bottom end. Being designed for NASCAR, they do a better job on the top end of course, BUT...it would still be friggin' awesome to run against one on the track! :boogie:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
