sleeve nut

My pass. side exhaust manifold has been cracking and is now in 2 pieces, split just ahead of the Y.  The sleeve nut in that location is not coming out and has corroded to the point the 9/16" socket will not catch head. 

I've put a propane torch and PB Blaster on it, and my large vice grips.  No go.   Any suggestions on getting it out would be much appreciated!

I had to finish breaking the manifold and then use a pipe wrench on the remaining piece of manifold while also using an easy out to turn the sleeve simultaneously.  Just the easy-out was chewing up the sleeve and not turning the stud.  I would have been screwed if the stud broke.  Carlisles's in 2 weeks and I've still got a few other things to finish...
