Why do some clusters have the bulls eye medalion and anothers have the Dodge medalion? Interior options?

Someone mentioned in one of those links they saw the target style mainly on small blocks and fratzog on big blocks. I have noticed this as well. However, people have been piecing these cars together almost as long as the cars have existed. You can never be 100% positive the emblem in the car is original, unless you bought the car brand new.
