HELP WITH INSTALLING REAR VALENCE READY TO WELD 1-18 -06 PM

SIMPLE QUESTION, ON A 70 CHARGER THERE ARE TWO CUTOUTS DOWN LOW ON REAR VALENCE AND IN THOSE TWO AREAS CAN THE REAR BRACE BE SEEN WHEN WELDED IN.

I'm not quite picturing what you're talking about. How about pics. I'm guessing that they're different than the 69's. Out of the 9 chargers that I've owned, I've never owned a 70.

Yes i think so.  I'll try and find a picture...  i know there is one on Jeroen's website..  www.charger.nl

EDIT: NOPE.  i guess not..  i assume all second gens have the same size rear valence..  and i assume Jeroen assembled his car correctly..

Here is another one that helped me when i did my car.
It looks like the rear brace should be flush with the rear valence for the bumper guards to bolt onto.

I was going to go out into the shop and take a pic of my 69 valance, but I can't find the digital camera.  I'll get my camera from the office tomorrow if you still need a pic.

Don't know if this will help. My 69's still in primer. One of my painters stripped it and primed it and then got sick. He never was able to come back to work and I didn't have time to paint it.
