Disc brakes?

is anyone familiar with these disc brakes?
Do they bolt up to the stock drum spindles?
Do they require anyother modification?

For 10" drum spindle, wilwood #140-2721-b,

Someone is selling them locally, and I would like to improve the brakes on my Charger.
