The one on that small engine listing is the wrong size.  It won't work.

Just out of curiosity.... I was restoring the clutch/brake petal assembly on the 'Bird today.  Would these white clips also be the same ones that were used on the brake/booster pivot?  They look the same.

not the same part. The headlight pivots bushings will not work.I think you can get the brake pivot bushing from Bill Allphin http://www.amhightechauto.com/ Ken

Thanks for the link.  These were in nice shape.  I was just wondering if they might be the same.  If so that would have helped tremendously for a lot of people.  I did need to replace the needle bearings (2) in the clutch pedal though.  Thanks again

Why would you want to mess with that when you can get the exact original part and just snap it in?

Thanks Bill 62 Max .Knowing that unusual wingcar parts are limited like the bushings etc are limited .I had to retro fit AKa modify or find a substitute before purchasing club parts.Or knowing that they stocked this stuff,My old school techniques or being resourceful

A hardware store storm cylinder found bracket hollow up the center and alum to cut to length and drill a hole. For a fiberglass headlight pivot bracket to actuator. Was just better then waiting for the fiberglass tab to fail. And if you couldnt get or find headlight bucket bolts tiolet seat bolts work just file the hex shape. And Larry went with GTO vac pods because these you sometimes cant get these #961
