68 Charger LH Headlamp Door Emblem???

The LH headlamp door on my 68 R/T has a couple of holes beside the R/T emblem. Has anyone ever seen another emblem installed on these I suspect that a dealer at one time may have installed their emblem as I have never seen anything extra on the R/T but wanted to make sure.

Sounds like someone installed a '69 door on it.
