Found this on Racingjunk.com today

one used 1970 dodge charger street stock,383 c.i. motor 10 to 1, 906 heads,adj. rockers,4 speed,8 3/4 rear w/ 391 possi gear,full cage,22 gal fuel cell,msd 6al & dist. holley 500cfm 2bbl. the car has ben sitting since 1996 season.you can see video's of the car @ 1970 dodge charger @ 99 speedway.

What is it with the rear end of 2nd-gen Chargers on dirt tracks?  They always seem to have it drooping down like that.  I don't see the reason for it other than laziness during the body-hanging process.

No. I recognized the car as we had that picture in the 70 Charger Registry gallery for some time.

Mike, the rear is lower and "drooping" from being tagged in the rear and the body is going to want to go downward due to the rigidity of the sail panels.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.
