I've replaced my turn signal switch/harness that goes in the steering column on my 69 Charger.  Everything went smoothly, however when you activate any of the turn signals  they don't blink!  The lights on the car & the indicator lights on the dash luminate but none blink, they stay solid!  Hazzard lights work fine!  Where do I go from here?  Thanks - KYLE

Check your flasher...should be located under the dash. Dont know exactaly where on a 2nd gen.

Kyles69

Do you know if there is a seperate flasher for the hazards & turn signals or do they run off the same flasher?

yes they are two diff ones... Hazzard is close to center of underdash frame. Stock one was square.

Turning flasher is located below tach/clock area, underdash too.

You can prob still pick it up locally at a parts store

Okay, thanks for everyone's reply!  I just checked underneath the dash & I located the hazard flasher & another "flasher looking" object, that I was told by my local NAPA dealer is an "accessory replay" (its round, silver, about 2 inches long, with 3 spades - what heck does that do?)!  I haven't replaced this so called accessory relay, but I can't find any "turn signal flasher"!

FLG

Believe your referring to the courtesy ignition light relay. As seen in this thread

It should be a round relay, kinda stubby.

Follow the red wire that goes DOWN your steering COLUMN. That will go through a connector but will still be RED in color on the other side of the connector. Continue to follow it that will lead you to your TURN SIGNAL FLASHER!! I just finished my turn signal problems! I know it is Frustrating but you will get it. And you will understand a lot more about your cars wiring!

Hope this helps
