hi. does any one know if Fedex ships fenders or who is good for shipping larger items? thanks for any help.... ??? ??? ??? ???

PocketThunder

fed ex should be able to ship fenders.  its the length that gets you.  i shipped half a quarter panel(the long way) to mopar440+6 and i really had to tighten up the sizes on the box i used.  but they took it.

Fed Ex is the best!

Correct
Greyhound has shipped 3 fenders for me and they are cheap.
On the last one, the buyer could not pick it up right away so Greyhound held it for a month for free

Try that at FedEx or a local trucker. They start charging for storage after 3 days...

Greyhound worked with me on rates too!

Greyhound is fast and cheap. have used them over and over, shipping fenders, doors, hoods, etc etc. had a  71 R/T hood shipped to me from New Orleans, delivered the next day in GA for about $80.  a pair of 72 Rallye doors shipped from Conn to GA in 24 hours for about $65 ea.  cant beat that.

As long as you have a Greyhound terminal near you, that's probably the cheapest & easiest. There is no terminal near me, so I've been using DHL for several years without any problems. They take larger items than UPS, like a crate I sent that was 24"x 24"x 86" & about 125 pounds for $119. Another choice might be Forward Air (Which is a trucking company, not air freight.) if they have a trucking terminal near you. They're very inexpensive, but it's terminal to terminal & there is no door to door delivery. I haven't used them personally, but know a few who have & they are happy with it.

Greyhound is the only way to do it.  If you use UPS or FedEx you will have to use their "Freight" services and they are EXPENSIVE...
