So mad!

Driving to work today a truck threw up a rock at my windshield and bullseyed it. No big deal usually but of corse in my case it had two cracks off of the bull that split out 6 inches in each dirrection.

Thanks to a 500 dollar deductable on my insurance....I get to pay for it fully.

There goes 300 bucks....poof

about 3 summers ago i had the same problem with my 02 GMC truck.

i didn't see a rock chip which was under one of the wiper arms and i went through a car wash and as soon as the cold water hit that hot windshield it split clear across.

at that time i was also carrying a $500 deductable, coarse the new windshield plus installation was only $150.00.

That sucks Kelly! We were going up to a ski resort here on the Island (Mt.Washington) and a guy I guess decided for fun that he would drive through the snow bank. He shot rocks up and chipped my mom's windshield. Now theres a big crack going all the way across.

That sucks big time.  I was driving one time in my pick up and a board off a truck came flying straight into my grille.  It wasn't until later I was thinking what if that came through the windshield and hit me?  Ouch.

damn ... annoying    ... listen to this then . .had a new windshield fitted ..on a Tuesday  morning , driving to work the next day saw a bird fly across from out  of some bushes along the side of the road , right across the road     saw it drop something that it was holding  ....  put a inch size bulls eye in the new windshield
