Maybe not so much rumor as teaser.  Anyway, not so long I ordered a model from GMP and at the time I chastised them about their series of diecast instrument panels.   I don't know if you've seen them but they have a series of diecast instrument panels that are fairly large models but all they have are things like 57 Corvettes and Ferrari F40 panels and so forth.  Naturally I thought they should be using something a little more attractic and iconic like the 68-70 Dodge Rallye cluster as used in Super Bees and Chargers.
Their only response was that I should be patient and keep watching for the early part of 2009.  By my count that should start pretty soon...

I was wondering the same thing. I'd put my name on a list for one of those!!

Thanks for the heads up!   :2thumbs:

Never hurts to bug them about it either; just in case they are having second thoughts in this crappy economy.

The Charger dash is my favorite of all cars, I'd buy one.  SE trim included of course. :icon_smile_big:
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Good point.

They have "New Product Request" as one of the subject tags on their contact page http://www.gmpdiecast.com//about/contact.cfm

I just dropped them a note adding my name to the list of interested customers.
