Hey Guys,
Just for an FYI,from a sale Legendary was having in Oct I bought a set of new front and rear door panels for my black car, just got them them and put them in but saw a couple things I wanted to share with those that have power windows, and are going to be buying new door panels.
The perferated outline in the board for the power window switch holder that fastens to the panel, is to small and needs to be cut 1/8" bigger(for the master and singles). Not a big deal, but the reason for me writing this info is be sure that when you do cut the 1/8" bigger, make sure you go up with the 1/8" ,NOT down.Front to back  does'nt matter, but if you go down the holder is very close or hits a piece of the door shell frame and forces the door panel out(makes it bow).
And on another note, not like we have a choice ,and Legendary being probably the best quality for interiors, the new door panels are slightly a little puffier than an original, again not really a big deal, the panels are real nice and all the clip holes lined up perfect, but figured I'd mention it.

Just 6T9 CHGR

They look great Paul...I think door panels might be one of my next purchases...

So just to be clear on this.  You are saying to add 1/8" along the horizontal top edge of the switch holes....correct?

Dodge Don,
Yes,the top of the hole, and also one of the sides. The entire opening wether it be the master switch(4),or the other single ones, should have been 1/8th bigger.Example,if the opening was 2" x 2",it should have been 2 1/8" x 2 1/8".So just cut out the 1/8th from the top and one of the sides.

Nice job! Thanks for the info. I noticed that they looked like the panels were painted. If so did you use UCV? If you did where did you get the UK405 conditioner? I was planning to do a color change to black on mine... The UCV seemed too gray (kind of like in your pictures) and I thought I might go with SEM if I cannot get the UK405. Again thanks, and keep the batteries charged and the pictures comming!
