Trying to read a Superbird tag

And the photo is a little too fuzzy for me to make out the VIN, if I post what I am sure of here, is it something that one of the folks with a master list can narrow down?

RM23V0A, then I'm pretty sure it's a 16, then it could be a 1 or a 3 or a 7, then 146.

The car was in Michigan around 2001-2002.    It was at the DSAC meet at the WPC Museum in 2001.

176662 was on Ebay Aug 2003, and was looked at by a prospective buyer in the northeast about Jan 2004.    I "thought" it had a fender tag on the car.    And it was not a rusty tag, LOL.

Thanks Doug, that makes sense as the car came through here in th elate 90's and IIRC was sold at auction in the Detroit area.
