68 grille question

ok guys i need your help.  is it posssible for the plactic to warp or distort in any way. i never attemped restoring mine since i bought the car but my corcern is the top section (long piece).i tried to zoom in on the picture so you could see. thanks                                    rob .

Yes, the grills can warp - especially on long sections without a lot of support. You can "unwarp" them with a little heat and pressure. I fixed the lower section on my Barracuda with some C-clamps, a couple blocks of wood, and a heat gun. Just don't melt it!
