I have a set of hubcaps like that. Are they hard to come by? I never knew what they came on. Was they on other makes?

Those hubcaps were found mostly on Polaras and other C-body Dodges.

I just hope to some day see the car out being driven again, can only dream of it being driven as hard as it was in the video though. May happen one of these days.
