seller is Del Fischer known for vintage car magazines etc .And a well known 69 daytona owner

That's expensive for what it is.   Del is after the car guy who will buy it for novelty versus the comics collector who knows what to pay.

A lot of those Charlton comic books were drawn by a guy named Jack Keller, who has now passed away.   Keller was a real car guy as his stories feature well drawn prototypically correct cars with fictional stories and characters.

I'll buy the whole set for $5 each, not $25.  puff puff pass.

We actually just sent one of those out as a special DSAC internet issue to everyone who signed up to receive free email updates.   The comic books are hit and miss as to which issues have wing cars, but they are pretty darn cool.    $5 - $7 for a nice driver grade copy should put them in your mailbox.
