That 30 psi on #3 could be anything - blown headgasket, burnt valve on that cyl, cracked head...
It doesn't mean that you got screwed.  It could be an easy fix ;)

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

personally i would never install a $200 engine in anything other than an engine stand. don't waste you time installing it without a teardown.

Great deal, love the A/C pump and original brackets .  That alone could cost close to 200.00, plus all the time for someone trying to find the correct brackets.  If you don't use that A/C setup , list it for sale, don't throw it out.  Good Luck, should be a good fixer.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

:iagree: Getting all the brackets you need is half the battle sometimes, I'd say you got your money's worth for a good rebuilder core. :2thumbs:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

bigroge1

yeah i was amazed when the guy sold it to me it had everything but the tranny. the a/c i do wanna keep cause pretty much i wanna go on long road trips going back n forth from denver to los angeles when it's completed.

im still thinking about if either i want it to be automatic or a four speed  :shruggy: .but i just bought a dash shell from ebay. i already know it's not a rallye dash but i do want to modify it but even so can the rallye dash cluster could even fit on to this one or i have to make a lot of mods to do so

it's the only pic i have so far :slap:

The ralley dash cluster will fit right in as far as I know :2thumbs:.  You will just need the correct harness for it.
Thats how I roll.

bigroge1

been awhile but my patience sure paid off after buying alot of supplies and the tools i need [welder]

got a  complete working 68 charger cluster along with two harness's [one good one for spare parts] along with other things i need all for 170.00 :D
