Wire connections on Holley 4160

I couldn't find the answer after doing a search.

The questions is...    Where does the power wire on the electric choke connect?  I believe it should only get power when the key is on, right?

Anyway, if you all could help I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for the assistance with the Holley.     

I have the TQ that came with the motor, but I want to hook up this Holley.    If I can't, then I'll put the TQ back on...
