My 74 318 2bbl stock Charger is hard to start when cold or hot. Should I start by replacing the carb? I plan on a tune up when I get her running. Is there something else I should do? Thanks for any help.

Whens the last time she had a full tune up? How long has the carb been on there? Is the choke properly working?
