daytona question

i was at my local car show the other day and their was a 69 daytona their now my question is did any of them come with a vinyl top this one had one is this real or somebody's idea of what one should of looked like with one? :shruggy:

 No vinyl top Daytonas.  I you sure it wasn't a Superbird?

Yea, you might want to check that it wasnt a superbird. They all had vinyl roofs.

What color was the Daytona? Was it a blue Daytona?

no it was a charger  daytona and the color  was red

Have a seen a Red Daytona with a white vinyl top before.

B5 blue one with a blue top as well.

Here is Del F.'s red Daytona when it had a vinyl top in the mid 1980s.  The vinyl top was later removed before the Daytona was sold...

Second picture shows the same Daytona after a repaint and removal of the vinyl top in the late 1980s...

I remember that  Daytona quite well from the Waco Street Machine National days... Who owns it now? Wouldn't be JP would it? Or, does he own the one that was at the apartments by Six Flags back in the late 80's?
