Hello Everyone, does anyone have any ideas what an NOS drivers side fender for a 70 and an NOS drivers side fender for a 71 would be worth? I did various internet searches and cannot find any recent sales for either year. These are both super nice examples still in OEM primer with part numbers. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Steve.

I bet AMD would love to have them to use as a pattern..................

Nice profile name by the way...... I'm one year off...   :icon_smile_big:

Sorry for no concrete suggestions, but I would venture to say $500-700+ for either...........

Reproduction fenders are roughly $600, but since neither fender that you're asking about is being reproduced, I'd take a guess at $1000 to $1200 or so each. Maybe slightly higher, but I think you'd have to have a really nice, or very rare car to spend that for a fender. I see solid used ones in the $300 to $600 range, & ones that need work for less.

(edit) For the price I suggested, the fender had better be mint condition.

I'll agree w/Old Moparz. I found an nos 72 fender for a friend a few years ago and paid $650.00 for it. Remember seeing an nos 71 fender at Carlisle 2/3 years ago and they were asking $1200 for it, although it looked like the factory had tried to turn it into one of those Twizzler candies! I doublt he got anywhere near that for it. I might know of somebody interested in the 71. PM me if you're going to let it go. Thanks!

Man, I could sure use the '70 fender!

But I'm not paying a grand for one.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Neither would I, but I only told him what it might be worth, not what I'd give him.

Hello Everyone,
thank you for the opinions. They pretty much mirror my thoughts but I wanted to get some additional input.
Thanks again for the help,
Steve

Which side of the car do you have the front fender for? Or do you have a pair of 70 front fenders?

BROCK

In the used/ NOS market the right fender is the expensive one.

Oh good, since the left one is the cheap one, I've got $500 burning a hole in my pocket. :icon_smile_big:
