Speaking of motor mounts.....

I just replaced my 383 mounts on my 71. Both of the originals were completely split. Anyway the engine was sitting a little funny before I started and now it's better but still a little lower on the passenger side. I'm thinking maybe that the engine is not centered - ideas, confirmation, etc. anyone? 

I'll be changing the oil pan sometime during the week or next weekend and I thought I'd loosen the mounts at the K-member and see if I can line it up.
