I was wanting to re chrome all my trim on 71 Charger SE. I was curious as to the cost at a quality shop like Paul's?

I think 2 bumpers would be in the ballpark of of 1500-1800usd, for a good job, so maybe 3-4 K for everything?? :shruggy:
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

Agree, for show quality chrome you are looking at around $3500 or so. You can go cheaper but remember you do get what you pay for.

NHCharger

Tri City plating did my bumpers two years ago for $620.00. No shipping, I picked them up at Carlisle.
All the small parts add up. So 3-4k is probably in the ballpark.

has anyone heard of the "north star plating co" out of Brainerd MN?
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

They did my bumpers around 5 years ago.  Awsome looking.  But not cheap, the bumpers and bumperettes cost around $900.00.

71Charger JT

for both front and rear bumpers i just paid $1500..... then an additional $200 for the 2 "checks for the vynle roof" 2 mirros with the bases......then $125 for the original front bumper emblem and both original door handles

as for the trims which consisted of the vynle roof trim, Exterior front windshield and rear windshield trims, Interior front windshield and rear windshield trims.... i hand polished all of them to match the fresh chrome.... it was alot of work but worth saving almost $2,000 that i was quoted.

any questions feel free to ask.
