I was driving down 880 when all of a sudden a see a black object about 50-75 feet in the air, im like wtf. so i look over to do a lane change look back, and get smacked in the head/shoulder with a tire and some 1,000 spoke wheel. i came to (still driving straight actually, and came to a stop. I got out of the car snapped some pics, and then i was taken away on an ambulance....

Yikes! I'd be pissed but at least the tire didn't land a half a foot towards the drivers side.

Wisconsin is really cracking down on that. This year alone, there has been like 6 loose wheels coming of big trucks and cars. Even a ambulance had that happen.

MAN that wheel coming off will COST that guy!!!!

We had a wheel come off a DUally because of an idiot mechanic when I worked at the local Dodge Dealer, Busted up a car and that 1500 buck glass fender on the truck. But that is CHILD'S PLAY compared to the damage inflicted on several other cars , including a new Viper with 2300 YEAH 2300 miles on it (Customer's car no less).

This guy was GIFTED!!!!!!!

just read about that incident,.. a few miles south of me here...
the BMW driver injured was on an athletic basketball scholarship sand his playing days may be over...
  looks like a bling wheel that hit him too,..
