cant work it out ...reverse lights and rear T/S

69 Charger has those 2 little lights on the rear down the bottom under the bumper. Are they blinkers or reverse lights?

If there reverse lights, where are the blinkers? And if there blinkers where are the reverse lights?

68 Charger... doesnt have them... so where are his reverse/blinker lights??

They are reverse lights. The blinkers are also the stop lights that flash when you're indicating.

68 has triangular reverse lights situated between each pair of circular lights. 68's Brake lights are the circular ones that also flash when indicating

Yes 70 is like 69.
