a mounting hole for a police light on the a-pillar?  I just pull the last piece of vinyl off of my driver's side a-pillar and found a hole for what could only be a police light. is that normal?

For ages people used to add them to their cars and trucks. You could buy them from most catalogs like JC Witney.
