My 73 Se with PB has a really rusted stuck bleeder screw on the front brakes. Some previous owner cracked off the nipple and rounded the nut. For the last week I have been spraying PB Blaster on it in hopes to free it for today. Today I took vice grips and more PB Blaster and tried to loosen the nut. All that did was crush the screw a bit and made it really round. Is there a magic way to loosen the screw or am I screwed?

Try a little heat?  Carefully heat up the area around the bleeder screw with a propane torch AFTER cleaning all the PB blaster off so it doesnt ignite
