Will 15 by 10s fit fine on my Runner?

Ok I bought 15 by 10 Keystone mags and will have delta 60s on them. I was wondering if I'll need a spacer because the backspacing for the rims I think are 4 1/2 or 5 but when I measured they looked like they'd clear.
