I am new to this board and was wondering if there are any mechanical engineers on here?  I have 2 years left before I get my mechanical engineering degree but was wondering how many mechanical engineers are into Chargers.

Almost, i am a mechanical construction estimator, does that count?

What field are you going into?  Refinery Construction perhaps?

I am not exactly sure on what field yet, I am leaning towards something automotive or tractor related.  I am looking forward to my internal combustion engines class, but I don't get to take that until next year.  I am hoping to get some good ideas for my 440 from that class.   Looking for an internship in the Chicago area if anybody has some connections....

I've got three more semesters until I get my Mechanical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University.  :2thumbs:

I'm a Mechanical Engineer.... by degree, anyway. Have always worked in the defense industry, mostly in electronics- related capacities, so I can't really say I ever worked in a mechanical design capacity. My current job is a systems engineer in a systems integration group on a new development program. Again, not something you would consider as ME related.

Yep, Cal Poly/San Luis Obispo, class of '82 (don't do the math, please.  :eyes: ) Offshore oil platform tool/equipment designer, Defense industry (solid propellant rocket scientist, computer modeling, environmental control designer for the equipment bays), private industry (wastewater engineer). Lots of experience doing a lot of different tasks.

My name is Dan, and yes, I am into Chargers. :icon_smile_big:
