To bad Dodge won't be able to run a similar commercial about the new Challenger and "almost everyone being able to afford one".  With the new challenger, it looks like the deputy will be arresting that guy since he wouldn't be able to afford one!

I heard the SRT8 models will hit showrooms in May.  The base model, the R/T, and the SE R/T will be available this fall.  The base model will start in the low $20,000 range.  I'm guessing the R/T version will be around $30,000.

I wonder if the demographic for the Challenger will be the same as what it seems to be for the Mustang? The only people I seem to see driving the new Mustang are 40-50 year old women.

I just noticed, the new Challenger looks more like Snot Rod from the "Cars" movie than the original Challenger.

I still love it though.
