74 charger steering wheel removal questions

Alright, so i got the cover off, and found  a 7/8inch nut. I can't move it to save my life. I've already broken 2 bolts on this car with minimal effort, and i'm a computer geek, not Hulk Hogan, so what's the best way to get this thing out? Pictures attached.

the 2nd picture is one of the coverbolts, that snapped like plastic with a 4 inch socket wrench, minimal force. and yes, i was turning the right direction. :lol:

My little impact wrench got the bolt off, but the wheel still wont come off. Now what?

Agreed, it's not going to come off without one and they can be picked up pretty cheap.

got it. Once i got everything apart, there wasnt a problem. I couldnt find a single problem.... And my turns signals / brake lights work now. Damn gremlins....
