I know there is a thread somewhere, i just cant fine it  :brickwall:


Can someone please tell me the steps needed to get rid of the bumper fillers on my 73? I have seen a few with out it and i like the look of it more without the filler.

The fronts you dont need any special parts just oval the holes a little on your bumper brackets and slide it back.  Be warned the "fillers" around the headlights wont fit right, so you will have some modifying to do there if you dont change to an older style grille.  The rears, simply use 71-72 bumper brackets.
