Does anyone have a good way of cutting out a speaker whole in the kickpanels? I just want something that will cut hard plastic and do it in a perfect cirlce shape, just can't think of what type of tool that would be.

Thanks

I would think a hole saw would work fine, just try not to burn up the plastic. Maybe go with a smaller hole first so you get a good idea of how and if its going to work fine. Also place the panel on a good piece of wood so you have some kind of backing when you make the hole.

I did mine with a jig saw, and I used a set of speakers that were only 1.5" deep and they fit perfectly, sounded good too. but that was a while ago so todays speakers are better and smaller so have at it  :2thumbs: tom

If it where me I would use a Drywall plunge Saw.

Or a red hot knife.
