Help with wheel size via id/serial number

Can anyone tell me what size wheel with a serial/id number of 2944155 is?
I think the first number is a 2 kinda hard to read.

It isn't stamped on there someplace?  (I'm assuming there's a reason you can't just measure it?)

The 69 parts book shows it as being a 15X6.5 for a station wagon application.

I don't have the wheel, its a crags list thing. I need a 15 x 6 1/2.
So if that is what the number translates to thats fantastic.
