Need help on setting backup drivers remote mirror?

Ok I had to switch doors since it was completly rotted out and now I can't seem to get how the remote cables go without being in the way of the glass rolling up. Am I suppose to get it underneath the glass and just put it through the inner shell or what  :shruggy:. Need help not exactly sure how it was setup to not be in the way of the glass.
